hi john
My lecturer JC asked why I blog, and where I want to go with it, today.
I think I've come up with an answer now:
1. Nowhere in particular.
2. It's replaced any offline journal, plus;
3. I can now talk to people I don't usually talk to, or see regularly for whatever reason.
[edit] 4. And also, the point of this blog will be a travel diary, for when I'm on my graff-kwest/musical pilgrimage next year! [end edit]
It's communicating with people, without having to talk to them. And it's usually about the little things I wouldn't normally mention in conversation, I think...

hmmm, why does one blog.
This is my reason:
For me it's just a space to exit thoughts and feelings about things. About where I'm at, where I'm going and what I like (without going too personal of course). I guess in a way, it's sorta like an online pub was well but not. Why do I enjoy reading other people's blogs? Because with today's busy world where we can't go out every night to catch up with our buddies, online blog culture allows me to see where my fellow friends/bloggers are up to with their lives.
It's a great thing, esp when your a bazillion miles away from everyone else.
